No entry fee is required for the giveaway, but you will have to spend RM120/B$50 as the final checkout value to earn 1 entry automatically.
Multiple entries with a single or multiple orders are allowed. For example, if you purchase RM400/B$160 in one order you earn 3 entries automatically. Or if you place two separate orders of RM120/B$50 will earn you 2 entries automatically.
Entries will be identified by your billing name & email address according to your order.
Promo codes can be used during checkout to join the giveaway. However, in the case of any promo code applied & the final checkout value is below RM120/B$50, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
The status of your payment during checkout must be successful. In the case of any unsuccessful payment, you will not be eligible to join the giveaway.
All of the giveaway prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There will be no exchange of items for cash.
Only purchases made online (borneocandlestudio.com & bn.borneocandlestudio.com) and our physical pop-up events during giveaway period are eligible to join the giveaway. Please ensure you provide your email upon purchase during our physical pop-up events to be eligible for entry. Orders made from Shopee and our stockists will NOT be eligible to join the giveaway.
The giveaway period starts from 29 November 2023 and the closing date for entries will be at 11:59pm (GMT+8), 30th December 2023, entries after this time will not be accepted.
Orders at 12:00am (GMT+8), 31st December 2023 onwards are NOT eligible to join the giveaway.
8 lucky winners will be selected randomly via an online picker & announced within first week of January 2024 via Instagram @borneocandlestudio and email.
Upon the winners announcement on January 2024, we will reach out via hello@borneocandlestudio.com to each of the winners to confirm their shipping details in order for us to send out the respective prizes. If the winner can not be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to forfeit the prize.
The grand prize of The Abode Resort & Spa in Brunei Darussalam stay date can ONLY be selected within January to June 2024 and the dates are subjected to room availability.
Borneo Candle Studio is not responsible for any travel or visa arrangements required to redeem the grand prize stay.
The e-gift cards will match the currency of the store where the purchase was made. Purchases from our Brunei online store will receive a BND gift card, while those from our Malaysia & International store will receive a MYR gift card. Each gift card can only be used in the original store of purchase.The e-gift card will be gifted according to the purchase store. For example, the B$100 e-gift card can only be used on our Brunei online store and RM300 gift card can only be used on our Malaysia & International online store.
Items redeemed using Borneo Candle Studio e-Gift Card are subject to stock availability, with no minimum spend required. Valid from 1st January 2024 to 31st March 2024.
