All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days after payment verification. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order leaves our studio.

All orders will be shipped with our appointed third-party delivery partner. Delivery rates between B$5-10. Delivery window: 1-2 working days.

We do ship to selected countries. Please visit our Malaysia store for more information.

Once a package is picked up by our courier, the shipping timeline is no longer within our control. Thank you for understanding. 


Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. 

You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. Please send your product back to us unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible to cover shipping cost on all return items.

We will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Borneo Candle Studio within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us at for assistance. 

All gift-cards, limited edition, bespoke & personalised candles and items sold during sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
