All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days after payment verification. You will receive a shipping notification (via email or Whatsapp) once your order leaves our studio.
We do not offer international shipping at this moment, but hope to very soon – stay tuned.
Once a package is picked up by our courier, the shipping timeline is no longer within our control.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Borneo Candle Studio within 2 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
